Summary
Informs Colin of arrival of Bishop Guillaume Douarre, en route for Wallis as co-adjutor to Bataillon. The arrival of the French naval vessel carrying Douarre, and the goodness of the captain and crew have had a remarkable effect on the Tongans, turning them much more favourably to the Catholic Church.
